Examination tables, procedure surfaces, instrument trolleys, and clinical equipment exteriors are wiped with TGA-approved disinfectant. All work follows infection control protocols aligned with AS/NZS 4187 and ACSQHC guidelines.

We use a strict colour-coded microfibre cloth and mop system to prevent cross-contamination between clinical zones. Separate colour sets are assigned to treatment areas, bathrooms, waiting rooms, and staff areas. No cloth is ever used across zones — a direct requirement for infection control in healthcare settings.

HEPA vacuuming prevents fine allergens, dust, and microbial particles from being recirculated into the air — critical in clinical environments where immunocompromised patients may be present.

TGA-approved products are used at the manufacturer's recommended dilution for clinical environments. Colour-coded equipment ensures bathroom cleaning tools are never used in treatment areas.

Staff-side areas including kitchen benches, tea stations, lockers, and break room surfaces are cleaned to a food-safe hygiene standard. Reception back-of-house, phone handsets, keyboards, and desk surfaces are sanitised with products safe for electronics. These areas are cleaned separately from clinical zones.
